- You need 300 gram of pisang matang (me : pisang barangan).
- It's 300 gram of tepung terigu.

Roti Pisang Banjar step by step
- Potong pisang kotak kecil2, sisakan untuk toping nya, lalu rebus santan dengan gula dan daun pandan smp gula larut.
- Setelah santan hangat, masukkan pisang yg telah di potong kotak kecil2, tepung terigu, telur, vanili, garam dan margarin yg sdh di cairkan, aduk smp rata.
- Tuang di cetakan, olesi margarin, beri potongan pisang dan kismis. Lalu panggang kurang lebih 30 menit atau smp matang, (sy pake oven). selamat mencoba.
