Roti Pisang Banjar step by step

  1. Potong pisang kotak kecil2, sisakan untuk toping nya, lalu rebus santan dengan gula dan daun pandan smp gula larut.
  2. Setelah santan hangat, masukkan pisang yg telah di potong kotak kecil2, tepung terigu, telur, vanili, garam dan margarin yg sdh di cairkan, aduk smp rata.
  3. Tuang di cetakan, olesi margarin, beri potongan pisang dan kismis. Lalu panggang kurang lebih 30 menit atau smp matang, (sy pake oven). selamat mencoba.
