  1. Campur kesemua bahan kering. Jika tidak punya tepung oat, bisa dengan menggiling oat di food processor atau diganti tepung almond (tapi tekstur akan sedikit berbeda kalau pakai tepung almond).
  2. Lumatkan pisang, campur kesemua bahan basah ke dalam lumatan pisang, aduk rata.
  3. Campurkan bahan kering ke bahan basah, aduk rata.
  4. Siapkan loyang pipih/baking pan (ukuran max 12x8) yang sudah dialasi kertas roti..
  5. Jika adonan sudah menggumpal, masukkan ke dalam loyang dan ratakan menggunakan sendok/tangan.
  6. Simpan di kulkas, min 30 menit.
  7. Keluarkan dr kulkas, potong sesuai selera. Protein bar siap disajikan..
