1. Campur terigu,susu bubuk,maizena dan kopi instant.aduk rata.sisihkan.
2. Kocok gula halus dan margarin hingga pucat,masukkan pisang aduk rata.masukkan kuning telur,aduk rata.
3. Masukkan campuran terigu ke dalam adonan.aduk hingga rata dan bisa dicetak.
4. Gilas adonan setebal 0.5 cm,cetak dengan cookies cutter.Tata di loyang yang sudah dioles margarin dan ditaburi tepung.Lakukan hingga habis.Panaskan oven suhu 160°c.
5. Panggang dalam oven suhu 140°c api atas bawah selama 30 menit atau sesuaikan oven masing2 hingga kue berwarna kecoklatan dan ketika ditekan sudah benar2 kering.jika masih lembut lanjutkan oven lagi.
