- Siapkan pisang yg sangat matang. Haluskan secukupnya..
- Lalu chop kasar hazelnut..
- Siapkan bahan2 lainnya (butter, madu, tepung) supaya siap untuk di tuang2..
- Campur butter, madu dan kayu manis bubuk. Aduk2 sampai tercampur rata..
- Masukan 2 butir telur lali aduk2 sampai tercampur..
- Kemudian masukan pisang, aduk2..
- Bila sudah tercampur rata, masukan tepung dan baking soda lalu aduk2 lagi..
- Stelah itu campur vanilla essence..
- Lalu masukan hazelnut chop dan aduk2 sampai tercampur rata..
- Siapkan butter yg sudah empuk, lalu oleskan secukupnya ke dalam wadah rice cooker sampai rata..
- Tuang adonan kedalam wadah rice cooker lalu pencet “cook”. Tunggu sampai berubah “warm” dengan sendiri nya..
- Cek berkala dan set di “cook” terus sampai matang. (Sekitar 30- 40 menit).
- Tusuk dengan tusuk gigi atau sumpit untuk cek kematangan..
- Bila sudah matang pindah ke piring dan diamkan sampai dingin..
- Siapkan cream cheese, campur bahan2 creamcheese semuanya dan aduk sampai tercampur rata lalu diamkan di chiller sampai cukup dingin..
