  1. Panaskan oven di suhu 170⁰ C. Lumatkan pisang dengan garpu, kemudian mixer campuran almond butter, pisang, telur, baking soda, dan baking powder.
  2. Liat tekstur adonan, adonan saya terlalu kental jadi sy tambahkan susu dan canola oil, mixer kembali.
  3. Masukan adonan ke loyang muffin ataupun cetakan bolu kukus, karena loyang muffin saya hanya berisi 6 buah jd sy pakai cetakan bolu kukus yang saya alasi kertas bolu kukus.
  4. Panggang sampai matang, di oven saya sekitar 25-35 menit. Tes tusuk dengan tusuk gigi jika sudah tidak ada adonan yg menempel muffin sudah matang *bisa juga hampir matang dengan waktu sekitar 25 menit, rasanya tak kalah lezat karena ada yg masih meleleh.
