- Siapkan bahan layer pertama, campur semua bahan aduk sampe tercampur, abis itu siapkan loyang yg udah di alasi kertas roti..tuang dan ratakan, abis itu oven 15 menit api sedang.
- Sambil nunggu siapin bahan layer ke 2..aku pake cup beras itu yaa.
- Masukan semua bahan, campur menjadi 1 kecamatan, aduk2, jangan lupa tepung terigu dan baking powder di ayak yaa. Trus potong2 pisang nya.
- Setelah tercampur kita tuang di atas layer pertama dan di ratakan.
- Tata pisang2 tadi sesuai imajinasi hehhee. Lalu oven 20-25 menit api sedang. Klo pake oven listrik bisa 15 menit di suhu 375 yaa.
- Coba kita tes dengan menusuk roti klo udah gk nempel berati udah mateng. Abis itu taburi gula halus. Ni udah aku keluarin dari loyang yaa.
- Balik banana rollnya. Pelan2 pake perasaan cinta. Sekarang yang layert pertama/yoghurt ada di bagian atas yaa dan buka kertas lapisan tadi. Lalu kita gulung2.
- Bungkus dengan ketas dan ujungnya juga di rekatkan yaa biar cream nya gk kemana2. Abis itu kita dinginkan selama 2 jam.
- Setelah keluar dari kulkas bisa kita kasih topping apa aja ya terserah, disini aku pake susu kental hehhe. Selamat mencoba dan menikmati.
- Sekali lagi harus bener2 pisang yg udah mateng klo dah item2 kulitnya malah lebih bagus, karna kalo pisangnya gk mateng kuenya gk ngembang👌 dan dimakan dingin lebih yummy.
